Job summary

Talentify is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Enfield, CT to plan and manage daily manpower, lead shift meetings, and assign duties to ensure safety, service, and productivity. The role requires 3–5 years of warehouse experience with 0–1+ years of leadership, or 5+ years with 2–3+ years of leadership, and a willingness to work 2nd/3rd shift.

Preferred candidates may hold a Bachelor's degree. The position offers comprehensive benefits and a salary based on experience.

Qualifications

• Associate degree with 3–5+ years warehouse experience and 0–1+ years leadership.
• High school diploma with 5+ years warehouse experience and 2–3+ years leadership.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Must be able to work 2nd and/or 3rd Shift.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute daily manpower for current day and week, minimizing overtime.
• Lead daily shift meetings to relay safety and operational messages; collect feedback.
• Assign daily work duties to warehouse staff to meet safety, service, productivity, and reliability goals.
• Manage workflows efficiently and maintain SOP adherence.
• Provide training, support and direction to employees on SOPs and processes.
• Maintain statistics on employees, productivity, reliability and equipment.
• Handle other projects or duties as assigned.

• Conduct daily shift meetings, communicating appropriate safety and operational messages, taking suggestions and answering questions
• Assign daily work duties to warehouse workers ensuring safety, service and productivity and reliability requirements are met
• Manage work flows efficiently
• Provide training, support and direction to employees to ensure understanding of and adherence to standard operating procedures (SOP’s)
• Maintain statistical information on employees, productivity, reliability, and equipment
• Other projects or duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience
