Reyes Holdings is seeking a Transportation Supervisor to oversee dispatch, driver scheduling, and safety compliance in our Texas operations. The role focuses on meeting delivery targets, optimizing labor costs, and reducing product loss through proactive supervision and process adherence.

Responsibilities include developing daily operating plans, guiding supervisors and drivers, and partnering with HR to maintain staffing.

Formación

• Associate's degree with 3–4+ years of related experience and 0–1+ years of supervisory experience, or High School Diploma with 5+ years of specific experience and 1–2+ years of supervisory experience.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent related experience in transportation/operations.

• Ensure annual performance goals are met, including on-time dispatches, off-load rate, labor cost and product loss and damage.
• Maintain a safe working environment by executing company processes.
• Develop daily operating plan including equipment maintenance and driver work schedules to meet customer delivery needs and resolve issues promptly.
• Provide development to supervisory and driver staff and lead committees such as quality and safety.
• Collaborate with HR to ensure appropriate staffing levels year-round to maximize employee involvement.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Position responsibilities

• The Transportation Supervisor ensures annual performance goals are met, including on-time dispatches, off-load rate, labor cost and product loss and damage
• You will ensure a safe working environment by executing company processes successfully
• This role assists in developing the daily operating plan to include equipment maintenance and driver work schedules to meet or exceed our customers’ delivery needs as well as promptly solving problems to the maximum satisfaction of our customers
• The Transportation Supervisor will provide development to supervisory and driver staff, and potentially lead various committees, such as quality and safety
• Additionally, you will partner with human resources to ensure appropriate staffing levels throughout the year in order to foster a work environment with maximized employee involvement
• Other duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience

• Associate's degree with 3 to 4 plus years of related experience and 0 to 1 plus years of supervisory experience or High School Diploma with 5 plus years of specific experience and 1 to 2 plus years of supervisory experience

Preferred Education and Experience
