Job summary

Reyes Holdings is seeking a Transportation Planner to support daily logistics operations in Orlando, FL. The role involves planning, scheduling personnel, routing, driver check-in, and monitoring driver hours of service to ensure compliance and efficiency.

The position requires attention to detail, ability to audit software like WMS, and use Paragon for route planning. You will support dispatching and communicate effectively with customers, handling issues promptly and professionally.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/General Education Diploma and 0 to 1 plus years of planning experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supports daily transportation operations including planning, scheduling manpower, equipment and all clerical duties.
• Responsible for routing, driver check-in and monitoring, and driver hours of service performance indicators.
• Conducts audits of software programs such as WMS.
• Utilizes Paragon for route planning.
• Assists with dispatching routes.
• Interacts professionally with internal and external customers and resolves concerns.
• Any other duties as assigned.

This position may be responsible for various types of driver related activities such as routing, driver check in and the monitoring, compliance and performance indicators for driver hours of service.
• Efficiently and accurately complete various driver-related activities such as route planning, driver check-in and hours of service compliance
• Conduct audits of various software programs such as WMS
• Utilize software program to complete route planning, such as Paragon
• Assist with dispatching routes
• Professionally interact with internal and external customers and promptly resolve any concerns
• Any other duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:
