Job summary

Reyes Holdings is seeking a transportation operations specialist in Orlando to support daily logistics, plan routes, schedule manpower, and monitor driver hours of service. The role includes using Paragon routing software, auditing WMS, and assisting with dispatching routes.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma with 0–1+ years in planning, with a bachelor’s degree preferred. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are important in this role within Reyes Holdings’

• Complete driver-related activities such as route planning, driver check-in and hours of service compliance.

• Assist with dispatching routes and communicate with customers.
• Maintain professional interactions and resolve concerns promptly.

Responsibilities

Position Responsibilities:

• Supports daily transportation operations including planning, scheduling manpower, equipment and all clerical duties. This position may be responsible for various types of driver related activities such as routing, driver check in and the monitoring, compliance and performance indicators for driver hours of service.
• Efficiently and accurately complete various driver-related activities such as route planning, driver check-in and hours of service compliance
• Conduct audits of various software programs such as WMS
• Utilize software program to complete route planning, such as Paragon
• Assist with dispatching routes
• Professionally interact with internal and external customers and promptly resolve any concerns
• Any other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma/General Education Diploma and 0 to 1 plus years of planning experience

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree
