What You'll Do

  • Focus on Transportation and Trucking insurance sales
  • Set and achieve new business goals.
  • Utilizing our Sales Tools, identify, target, and prospect new business and create a new business sales pipeline.
  • Manage new business sales pipeline and follow up on leads and prospects to ensure new business goals are met and all opportunities are recorded into CRM, Salesforce.com.
  • Working in conjunction with local, regional, and national internal teams, identify cross sell opportunities and utilize multi-disciplinary resources delivered straight to you, the relationship holder, to maximize results.
  • Attend community events, work personal networks, and participate in activities that drive new business sales goals.
  • Stay current on license and education requirements.
  • Attend internal and external trainings to keep up-to-date on insurance market trends, local laws, and new/changed coverages.
  • Travel as needed.

  • We invest in you! The base salary range for this role is $85,000 - $120,000 per year. This position is commission-eligible, offering unlimited earning potential based on performance. The total compensation package includes base pay, commissions, and other incentive opportunities, reflecting both individual and company success.

What You'll Need

  • Must hold appropriate and valid insurance licenses and driver’s licenses.
  • 3+ years of insurance sales experience.
  • Bringing a thorough understanding of insurance underwriting and including rating procedures.
  • Being a self-starter, imaginative and creative with good communications skills and strong sales skills.
  • Competitive, persistent and self-reliant, with high energy and sales drive.
