What You’ll Do
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize market share in the Snow & Ice Division.
  • Maintain and grow business within the division.
  • Call on vocationally aligned accounts within your territory (OEMs, truck upfitters, end users, etc.).
  • Develop market, customer, and competitive intelligence related to snow and ice segments.
  • Understand technical specifications related to truck-mounted hydraulics and electronic controls.
  • Understand municipal procurement processes and position the company accordingly.
  • Collaborate with the Technology Solutions Group on custom product development.
  • Coordinate with local sales managers to ensure market coverage.
  • Relate system solutions across disciplines including engineering, operations, IT, and sales.
  • Attend and help plan trade shows.
  • Provide customer training and assist in diagnosing system issues.
  • Utilize company software (CRM) for sales and application processes.
  • Handle application checklists and credit applications.
  • Willingness to live in the sales territory and travel extensively within the U.S.
Your Experiences & Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in fluid power, business, marketing, or related fields, or equivalent experience.
  • IFPS fluid power certification preferred.
  • Possession of a valid passport within 60 days of employment.
  • At least 3 years of sales or relevant industry experience.
  • Knowledge of heavy truck equipment or municipal sales is a plus.
  • Completion of Muncie Power Product and Application School required upon hiring.
  • Strong understanding of engineering and fluid power principles.
  • Excellent computer, data analysis, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel, effective communication, and a flexible schedule.
  • Valid driver’s license required.
