Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of professional safety management experience in transportation.
• Knowledge of FMCSA regulations, state pupil transportation laws, OSHA/DOT standards.
• CDL holder or equivalent certification.

• Champion behavioral safety principles and develop comprehensive training programs for drivers and staff.
• Oversee driver training, safety meetings, and evaluation programs.
• Monitor safety KPIs, training compliance, and regulatory filings; ensure FMCSA/OSHA/DOT compliance.
