Job summary

Uniting Holding in Lancaster, PA is seeking a Safety Records Coordinator to join a growing national transportation team. The role requires strong communication, reliability, and the ability to work independently while maintaining safety records across multiple online platforms for drivers and equipment.

The position is full-time with a 90-day probation and not remote. It involves answering calls, packing supplies, creating FedEx labels, and coordinating driver, equipment and insurance rosters

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years in transportation/safety environment preferred but not required.
• Computer skills - Microsoft Office, Word, Excel.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines.
• Self directed.
• Detail oriented.
• Good customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety records across online platforms for drivers/equipment.
• Answer incoming phone lines.
• Pack supplies and create FedEx labels.
• Track driver, equipment and insurance rosters.
• Collaborate with safety and billing/settlement teams.
