Job summary

Uniting Holding in Lancaster, PA is seeking a Safety Records Coordinator to join a growing national transportation team. The role requires strong communication, reliability, and the ability to work independently while maintaining safety records across multiple online platforms for drivers and equipment.

The position is full-time with a 90-day probation and not remote. It involves answering calls, packing supplies, creating FedEx labels, and coordinating driver, equipment and insurance rosters

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years in transportation/safety environment preferred but not required.
• Computer skills - Microsoft Office, Word, Excel.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines.

• Good customer service skills.

Job description

This is an opportunity to be part of a strong safety team in a growing national transportation company. A successful candidate will be a team player with strong communication skills and the ability to work independently. They will maintain safety records across various online platforms concerning drivers/ trucks. This position also answers incoming phone lines, packs supplies, creates FedEx labels, and tracks the driver, equipment and insurance rosters. This person works with the entire safety team as well as members of our billing/settlement team. Knowledge of the trucking industry a plus.

This is a fulltime position with a 90 day probationary period.
