Job summary

Universal Logistics Holdings is seeking a Driver Development Safety Coordinator to join our on-site team. The role focuses on coordinating with terminals, handling program paperwork, and evaluating driver logs to ensure safety and efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication, organization, and a professional demeanor, with a high school diploma and experience in an office environment. Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, full-time with benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required, secondary education preferred.
• Excellent attendance and ability to work the same shift daily.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and willingness to learn company systems.
• Prior office experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills including listening, speaking, reading, writing.
• Strong attention to detail with a sense of urgency.
• Professional demeanor at all times; upbeat, positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Communicate and coordinate with terminals to ensure timely placement of new drivers
• Collect, organize, track, file and review program paperwork
• Organize and present ppw for graduation
• Evaluate driver logs and ELD-quick review
• Track/Submit mentor pay
• Additional duties as required
