Job summary

Koch Companies is seeking a Safety Advisor to join our on-site team in Golden Valley, MN. You will coach drivers, review safety events, and implement training to promote regulatory compliance and driver success across our fleet.

You will analyze safety data, lead investigations, and develop individualized driver plans to prevent incidents, while supporting HOS, ELD management, and safety technology adoption company-wide.
