Job summary

ODORZX in California is seeking an experienced Driving Safety Instructor to lead safety remediation, training, and policy development across our fleet. You will influence behavior at all levels, conduct evaluations, develop SOPs, and partner with leadership to reinforce safety practices, while tracking incidents for continuous improvement.

Travel to multiple locations will be required as part of ensuring a strong safety culture across the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience as a driving instructor or safety trainer
• Strong communication and coaching skills
• Background in defensive driving and risk mitigation
• Ability and willingness to travel
• Fleet or transportation safety background
• Experience with incident remediation

Responsibilities

• Conduct driver safety evaluations and remediation training
• Develop and implement safety policies and SOPs
• Partner with leadership to reinforce safety practices
• Track and analyze safety incidents and trends for continuous improvement
• Serve as a Safety Ambassador at all locations
