Responsibilities

• Supervise and advise 30-60 drivers and monitors.
• Develop and implement efficient routes across regions for client needs; assign driver tasks accordingly.
• Receive, record, retrieve and deliver messages accurately; solve operational issues professionally.
• Maintain compliance with company policies through dispatch and observation; develop driver skills.
• Build positive relationships with staff, guardians, clients, and partnering organizations.
• Maintain detailed records for monthly billing counts.
