Beacon Mobility is seeking a Transportation Coordinator to manage driver communications and route resources for on-site schedules Monday through Friday. The role requires coordinating schedules, logging calls, and supporting field operations to ensure smooth tours of duty.

The position offers an hourly pay rate of $25–$30 depending on experience and qualifications, with responsibilities including dispatch, information relay, and cross-team collaboration to meet daily objectives.

Qualifications

• One year of transportation experience.
• High School diploma.
• Strong organization, leadership, communication, and scheduling skills.
• Ability to resolve issues quickly.
• Knowledge of DOT and Safety regulations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch drivers, vehicles or equipment to locations according to schedules or needs.
• Relay work orders and messages to and from drivers and assistants.
• Use phones, radios or text messages to contact employees.
• Provide support to managers, dispatchers, drivers, attendants, and other employees.
• Train employees on new programs as necessary.
• Prepare daily schedules and work orders.
• Attend meetings, conferences, and company events.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
