Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Six months of call center, customer service, or an equivalent combination.

Responsibilities

• Present the Landstar leasing opportunity to prospective BCOs to move them through the application.
• Make timely follow-up calls to prospective BCOs to encourage completion of applications.
• Meet or exceed monthly department goals related to calls, leads, and submitted applications.
• Manage daily inbound/outbound calls, emails, and scheduling.
• Document recruiting activities and maintain BCO records for follow-up.
• Assist in coordinating Landstar at industry events and travel as needed.
• Collaborate with teammates to improve the recruiting process and candidate experience.
