Job summary

Triad - NC is seeking an experienced Transportation Recruiter to lead sourcing and pipeline development for CDL-A drivers, tanker drivers, owner-operators, dispatchers, mechanics, and transportation/operations professionals across multiple Greensboro-area locations.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of recruiting experience, excels at proactively sourcing passive candidates, and is familiar with Tenstreet, LinkedIn, Indeed, and ATS platforms.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting experience in transportation/logistics or high-volume operations
• Strong ability to source passive candidates and build talent pipelines
• CDL driver recruiting experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing and pipeline development for CDL-A drivers, tanker drivers, owner-operators, dispatchers, mechanics, and transportation/operations professionals across multiple locations
• Partner with operations and leadership to track recruiting performance and improve pipeline health
• Engage candidates and manage the end-to-end recruiting process from outreach to offer
