• Assist in locating backhaul freight and optimize loads to avoid empty trips.
• Interface with customers and EnergySolutions teams for pricing and requirements.
• Plan routes and determine equipment needs for shipments.
• Oversee on-site transportation projects and direct subordinates.
• Ensure compliance across transportation projects and achieve performance goals.
