Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, or related technical field.
• Demonstrated experience coordinating multidisciplinary engineering activities in a project-based environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute moderately complex engineering scope in alignment with project objectives, schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
• Provide technical inputs and coordinate activities across multidisciplinary teams and cross-functional partners.
• Support resolution of moderately complex technical and interface issues affecting scope, schedule, quality, and delivery.
• Contribute to project engineering priorities, execution strategies, and integration plans.
• Track deliverables, interfaces, decisions, and technical issues to support disciplined execution.
• Identify risks and assist in developing mitigation strategies with leadership.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to manage requirements, interfaces, and dependencies.
• Support integration of engineering work products into broader execution plans and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Participate in technical reviews, design reviews, status reviews, and planning activities.
• Develop and maintain project engineering documentation, including plans, interface logs, risk registers, and metrics.
