You will support budgets, forecasting, invoicing, contracts, and project reporting while coordinating meetings and deliverables with clients and teams. Ideal candidates have 8+ years in project coordination, strong skills with MS Office and financial tracking, and familiarity with contracts and invoicing within

Qualifications

• Must have 8+ years in a project coordination role.
• Expertise with Outlook, Word, Excel and financial tracking.
• Experience in customer service and/or quality control.
• Familiarity with contracts, invoicing and general accounting practices.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate client and stakeholder collaboration to deliver projects.
• Partner with project managers on cost forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting.
• Manage contracts, scope changes, and change orders; ensure timely delivery.
• Prepare project invoices and progress reports; process subconsultant invoices.
• Support budgeting, accounting documentation, and data analysis for financial health.
