Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering with 12 years of practical experience including 4 years of supervisory experience.
• Master's degree preferred and PE license highly desirable.
• PMI/PMP certification is a plus for project leadership responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Directs and supervises operating budgets for departments and coordinates with the office budget.
• Oversee multi-department activities, set priorities and staff assignments across groups.
• Advance SSA and SDA processes on project pursuits and delivery while ensuring quality and on-time performance.
• Lead and mentor staff, manage staffing plans, and ensure resources align with client needs.
• Support marketing, client discovery, and pursuit activities; engage in sales efforts for department growth.
• Develop office strategic plans and participate in Office Leadership Team activities.
