Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 8 years of relevant experience, or equivalent.
• Master's degree in Engineering with 7 years of relevant experience.
• PhD in Engineering with 6 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead discipline planning, work distribution, and budgeting on complex projects.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to team members.
• Coordinate with client counterparts and teaming partners.
• Develop scope of work and manage adherence to schedule and budget.
• Oversee completeness and accuracy of the project team's work.
• Recruit, hire, train and evaluate staff.
• Assist in marketing responsibilities, including proposal generation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
