HNTB Corporation is seeking a Group Director to lead a professional multi-discipline team in designing, developing and delivering project tasks, while managing scope, budget and quality. The role collaborates across offices to align strategic sales and project pursuits with SSA processes and contracts, ensuring resource availability and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering with 12 years of practical experience including 4 years of supervisory experience.
• Master’s degree 15 years practical experience 6 years supervisory experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license
• Project Management Professional (PMP)

Responsabilités

• Directs and supervises the operating budgets for the departments within the Group and coordinates with the office's budget.
• Oversees the group activities, establish priorities and assign staff to projects.
• Collaborate with other groups, offices and divisions on work-sharing needs and opportunities.
• Drives the implementation of the firm’s strategic plan and SSA process on project pursuits and markets.
• Leads marketing responsibilities, including client discovery, proposal generation, interviews, and win-to-work activities.
• Recruits, hires, develops and retains department staff; manages staff performance and succession planning.
• Manages project management activities (scope, schedule, budget and quality) and performs technical tasks.
• Leads a group including supervision of 25–40+ employees.
