Qualifications

• Experience with local/state agencies; roadway/rail/transit/bridges experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex transportation programs from planning through design, construction and closeout.
• Serve as primary liaison between clients, project teams, municipalities and agencies.
• Manage scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risk and quality throughout projects.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to teams; mentor junior staff.
• Develop proposals, respond to RFPs, and support client relations.
