The ideal candidate is a Registered Professional Engineer in Illinois (or eligible for reciprocity) with strong civil/structural engineering expertise and the ability to lead complex transportation programs in collaboration with clients and municipalities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 15 years of related experience or equivalent.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
• Registered professional engineer in Illinois preferred (civil/structural).

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and technical oversight for large transportation programs from planning through design, construction, and closeout.
• Coordinate with clients, state/local agencies, and stakeholders to resolve programmatic issues and ensure delivery on time and within budget.
• Manage scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risk, and quality assurance; provide status updates to clients and leadership.
• Mentor junior staff and promote collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.
