• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and technical oversight for complex transportation programs from planning through design, construction and closeout.
• Manage program scope, schedules, budgets, resource allocation, risk and quality assurance.
• Serve as primary liaison with clients, municipalities, state agencies, contractors and stakeholders.
• Develop reports, proposals, contracts and other project documentation adhering to firm standards.
