Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited program; P.E. license required.
• Minimum 5 years (6 preferred) managing projects from conception through completion.
• Strong leadership, mentorship, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate project teams to deliver high-quality work within scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations.
• Manage project execution including scope, budgets, schedules, risks, deliverables, and resources across concurrent assignments.
• Provide technical leadership and quality oversight for plans, reports, calculations, specifications, estimates, and other docs.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, clients, agencies, and stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure timely delivery.
• Build trusted client relationships through responsive communication and sound judgment.
