Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited program.
• Active Florida Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in civil land development or related field.
• Experience managing civil engineering projects, including scope, schedule, budget, and delivery.
• Strong knowledge of land development, grading, stormwater, drainage, and utilities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead civil land development projects from concept through construction.
• Serve as primary client contact, communicating scope, schedule, and budget.
• Prepare design calculations, construction plans, and technical reports.
• Coordinate with engineers, designers, surveyors, and planners.
• Mentor engineers and other team members to ensure quality and timeliness.
