Job summary

You will own deliverables from concept to final design, ensuring accuracy, constructability, and compliance with standards while coordinating with clients and public agencies.

The role requires a P.E. license, ABET-accredited degree, and at least four years of progressive engineering experience.

Qualifications

• Professional Engineer license and ABET-accredited degree.
• Proven experience leading civil engineering design projects.
• Ability to coordinate across disciplines and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead complete engineering designs, plans, specs, and estimates per codes and project requirements.
• Evaluate design options, balance quality, constructability, cost, and schedule.
• Coordinate with project managers, subconsultants, and external stakeholders.
• Review work by engineers and designers to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to professional development.
