Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in the relevant state(s).
• Proven ability to mentor technical staff and lead complex projects with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for complex transportation projects from concept through final design and delivery.
• Review and approve engineering calculations, plans, and reports for accuracy and compliance.
• Mentor engineers and staff; coordinate scope, staffing, budgets, and client expectations.
