Qualifications

• ABET-accredited civil engineering degree required.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license in Indiana or ability to obtain.
• 7+ years of experience in designing transportation infrastructure projects.
• Project management experience on INDOT, ODOT, and municipal projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D; experience with MicroStation, OpenRoads, and GIS is a plus.
• Strong communication, leadership, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead transportation infrastructure projects from concept to completion, ensuring quality, budget, and schedule adherence.
