RK&K is seeking a Transportation Project Manager to lead highway and roadway design projects for VDOT and municipal clients in Virginia. The role includes managing a skilled team for multi-modal projects, ensuring quality standards, and mentoring junior staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum of Ten (10) years of experience in civil engineering design and/or transportation/highway engineering.
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) license required.
• Strong understanding of Federal, State and local design criteria.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-modal transportation planning and design projects in a team-oriented environment.
• Review and certify engineering plans and documents to meet quality control goals.
• Mentor junior engineering and technician staff on transportation design.
