Qualifications

• 11+ years of experience in transportation planning/engineering.
• Professional planning certification preferred (AICP).
• Experience with Virginia transportation clients is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead multimodal transportation projects including corridor studies.
• Review technical traffic engineering work.
• Manage tasks, budgets, and schedules.
• Lead public and stakeholder engagement.
