Qualifications

• 11+ years of progressive experience in transportation engineering.
• Demonstrated experience managing Design‑Build projects preferred.
• Strong familiarity with VDOT standards and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Project Manager and Technical Lead on VDOT transportation design projects.
• Support Design‑Build pursuits and delivery with contractor partners.
• Mentor junior engineers and coordinate cross-disciplinary design teams.
