• Effective communicator with strong client relationship and business development skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Project Manager and Technical Lead on VDOT transportation design projects.
• Support Design-Build pursuits and coordinate with contractor partners.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality and timely project delivery.
