Job summary

Henkel in Stamford, CT is seeking a Transportation professional to coordinate planning, secure capacity with carriers and ensure on-time delivery. You will analyze data, produce KPI reports and support optimization initiatives across the logistics function.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in logistics with TMS/ERP experience and strong analytical skills, ready to contribute to cost and service improvements in a fast-paced Consumer Brands environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Operations Management or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in transportation, logistics or customer service operations.
• Experience with TMS, ERP systems and Excel.
• Strong analytical and data reporting skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of transportation planning and carrier management.

What you’ll do

• Coordinate transportation planning activities to ensureon-time pickup and delivery performance.
• Partner with carriers and internal stakeholders tosecure capacity and resolve shipment issues.
• Manage transportation exceptions, including rushorders, manual shipments, and service disruptions.
• Monitor carrier performance, investigate operationalissues, and implement corrective actions.
• Analyze transportation data, prepare KPI reports, andidentify opportunities for cost and service improvements.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives,transportation master data maintenance, and planning optimization.

What makes you a good fit

The salary rangefor this role is $72,000.00 and $85,000.00. This range represents the good‑faith minimumand maximum wages the Company reasonably expects to offer for this role at thetime of posting.In addition to base salary, this position may be eligiblefor incentive pay or other forms of compensation, as applicable. TheCompany also offers a comprehensive benefits package as described above. Actualcompensation will be based on factors such as the candidate’s skills,experience, education, training, and work location.
