Job summary

Henkel in Memphis, TN, is seeking a manufacturing operator to safely operate machines and production equipment in a fast-paced environment. You will set up and adjust equipment per specifications, monitor output quality, and keep precise production records.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, the ability to lift 55 lbs, and willingness to work the 3rd shift (Mon night to Sat morning). Forklift experience is a plus; 1 year of manufacturing experience is preferred. Overtime may apply.

What You´ll Do
  • Operates machines and production equipment safely in accordance with instructions.
  • Sets up or adjusts equipment according to manufacturing specifications.
  • Monitors the quality of output to identify or discard re-manufacture faulty products.
  • Maintains accurate daily production records so that manufacturing performance can be analyzed.

The hourly pay rate for this role is $20.00. This rate reflects the good‑faith minimum and maximum hourly rate the Company reasonably expects to offer for this position at the time of posting. This role is classified as non‑exempt, and employees are eligible for overtime pay in accordance with federal, state, and local laws. In addition to the hourly wage, employees in this position may be eligible for shift differentials, premium pay, bonuses, or other forms of compensation, depending on role and location. The Company also offers a comprehensive benefits package as described above. Actual compensation will depend on factors such as the candidate’s skills, experience, training, certifications, and work location.
