Amazon in Nashville, TN is seeking a Transportation Specialist to support the Payment Disputes Team. You will pull and analyze data, resolve trip status disputes with carrier partners, and help standardize processes across the North American fulfillment network.

You must communicate clearly with external and internal customers, manage multiple cases under tight SLAs, and identify root causes of defects to drive efficiency in Amazon’s transportation operations.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with computers and Microsoft Office products and applications.

• Continual, tactical communication with external customers and internal customers.
• Resolve Trip Status payment disputes for carrier partners by investigating claims and ensuring compliance with Amazon’s policies and SLA.
• Prioritize and manage multiple cases while meeting or exceeding established daily resolutions goals.
• Pull data from numerous databases (using Excel, Access, SQL and/or other data management systems) to assist with disputes case resolution.
• Identify and eliminate root causes of defects in order to drive efficiency in Amazon’s transportation operations.
• Escalate problems or variance in the information and data to the relevant owners and teams and follow through on the resolutions to ensure they are delivered.
• Provide communication, both verbal and written as you will be required to respond to carriers sharing findings and details regarding the case resolution.
