Job summary

The candidate will analyze large data sets, leverage Excel and SQL to drive performance, and collaborate with vendors and internal teams to meet deadlines and service levels.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills with pivot tables, charts, and lookups.
• Experience handling large data sets to drive performance improvements.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily operations including caps monitoring, carrier and vendor outreach, and problem solving for a growing network.
• Support continuous improvement of daily operations and help expand AF operations to more US cities.
• Escalate problems to stakeholders and ensure timely resolutions.
• Maintain tactical communication with external vendors and internal teams.
• Identify root causes of route inefficiencies and capacity constraints.
• Work within time constraints to meet critical business needs and ensure service requirements.
