Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Interact with carriers and customers to obtain facts and provide high quality service.
• Plan and conduct investigations to determine liability, bodily injury and damages.
• Document the claim file and complete closure activities in the claims system.
• Coordinate asset repairs with maintenance vendors.
• Refer claims to Legal, Risk, or Loss Prevention when needed.
