Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily transportation operations by scheduling drivers and staff.
• Monitor departure times and report performance to management.
• Share on-call duties within the Transportation Department.
• Coordinate delivery schedules with drivers and notify customers of delays.
• Provide backup support to the Transportation Manager, including data entry and quality checks.
• Serve as a communication hub for schedule changes and new account services.
