Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations by scheduling drivers and staff to maximize workforce effectiveness and timely deliveries.
• Monitor driver departure times and report relevant information to management.
• Share on-call responsibilities within the Transportation Department to address urgent issues.
• Work closely with drivers to coordinate delivery schedules and notify customers of delays or accidents.
• Provide backup support to the Transportation Manager, including log data entry and quality checks.
• Serve as a central point of communication for schedule changes and new account services across departments.
