Job summary

Reyes Holdings is seeking a Transportation Supervisor to oversee overnight routes and staffing in the Chester County area. The role focuses on meeting delivery commitments, maintaining safety, and developing the driving team within a structured logistics network.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree with 3–4+ years in related field and 0–1+ years supervisory experience, or high school with 5+ years and 1–2+ years supervisory.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure annual goals for on-time dispatches, off-load rate, labor cost, and product loss.
• Maintain a safe working environment by implementing company processes.
• Develop daily operating plans including equipment maintenance and driver schedules.
• Lead supervisory and driver staff; chair safety and quality committees.
• Partner with HR to maintain staffing levels for strong employee involvement.
• Other duties as assigned.
