• Order parts and equipment for driver performance needs.
• Review routing for optimal efficiency and cost control.
• Hire, train, direct and discipline transportation personnel.
• Plan and schedule work assignments for transportation staff.
• Process bi-weekly payroll and verify vendor invoices.
• Monitor trip records, fuel reports and mileage.
