Job summary

You will coach drivers, monitor performance, schedule shifts, and maintain driver qualification files while partnering with senior leaders to control costs and deliver outstanding service.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years in transportation/delivery or warehouse distribution.
• Experience supervising a workforce.
• Knowledge of DOT requirements and regulatory compliance.
