Penske Logistics is seeking an Operations Supervisor in Salt Lake City to lead hourly staff, supervise drivers, and ensure customer service goals are met while controlling costs. You will schedule workforce, manage performance, and participate in hiring and coaching.

The role covers dispatch, loading/unloading, safety compliance, and continuous improvement. You will conduct team meetings, monitor attendance, and partner with location leadership to drive productivity and customer satisfaction.
