• Ownership and responsibility to run the operation with urgency.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is essential.
• Willingness to travel and pass background checks and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Supervise logistics operations including customer service, freight loading and unloading, dispatch and documentation control.
• Conduct team meetings and coach staff.
• Evaluate and recommend changes to improve dispatch productivity and assist in training new associates.
• Provide relief coverage when associates take time off.
• Maintain working knowledge of site operating systems for compliance and exception resolution.
• Complete all necessary records and reports accurately and timely.
