Kenco Group is seeking a Manager - Transportation in the United States to lead site transportation operations, including dispatch, staffing, and safety compliance. You will manage driver relations, customer communication, and budget adherence while driving continuous improvement across the fleet and processes.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Logistics, Business, or related field required or equivalent years of experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in transportation or related training.
• Minimum 2 years of leadership and/or supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee transportation operations for the site and budget.
• Hire, train, and manage drivers and Customer Service Representatives.
• Dispatch drivers, set customer appointments, and maintain safety standards.
• Coordinate repairs and maintenance of fleet equipment to ensure uptime.
• Enter and track shipments in the transportation management system and report on KPIs.
• Maintain site assets and manage relationships with clients and carriers.
