Job summary

Kenco Group in Duncan, OK is seeking a Manager, Transportation to lead site operations, dispatch drivers, and safeguard safety and service. This role is responsible for delivering reliable logistics performance at the location.

You will manage a team and budget, coordinate with customers, and drive continuous improvement in transportation processes to move shipments efficiently and safely.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Logistics, Business, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in transportation or related training.
• Minimum 2 years of leadership/managerial experience.
• Understanding of budgeting and profit and loss statements preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage site transportation operations and oversee dispatching for drivers.
• Maintain customer relations and driver relationships at the site level.
• Oversee safety functions and regulatory compliance for the site.
• Coordinate repairs and maintenance of fleet equipment as needed.
• Enter and update shipments in the transportation management system.
• Assist in payroll processing and schedule customer exchanges.
