Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business management, logistics, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 8–10 years of supply chain, logistics, or business management experience.
• 3–5 years of logistic site leadership with budgetary experience.
• Lean Six Sigma and/or supply chain certification preferred.
• Strong leadership, customer relationships, and communication skills.
• Understanding of supply chain strategies and financial practices.

Responsibilities

• Direct network vision and align site operations with company strategy.
• Identify opportunities to maximize revenue and margins with customers.
• Lead monthly/quarterly business reviews and KPI reviews.
• Oversee day-to-day site performance and introduce new KPIs.
• Travel regularly to sites and manage General Managers.
• Drive safety initiatives and implement lean improvements.
• Build customer profiles and present value-based proposals.
• Provide coaching and training to staff; collaborate with L&D.
• Lead cross-functional program implementations and process changes.
