The role includes monitoring DOT logs, ensuring compliance with regulations, and coordinating driver information. You will coach staff, assist with scheduling, and support day-to-day transportation operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent.
• 2–4 years transportation experience with knowledge of DOT and safety regulations.
• CDL Class A license is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and trains drivers, including staffing, coaching, and performance management.
• Assists in day-to-day administration of transportation and delivery functions and ensures DOT compliance.
• Monitors safety, equipment, and driver paperwork; coordinates driver information and schedules.
• Performs other duties to support efficient and safe deliveries.
